1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EchoTrader (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Description of Service - Educational Platform

EchoTrader is an EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM teaching institutional investment analysis frameworks and methodologies. The Service provides:

• Comprehensive investment education curriculum (100+ hours)
• Analytical tools for self-directed stock analysis
• Teaching signals demonstrating how institutional analysts apply frameworks
• Community for learning with other investors
• AI-powered analysis assistance (not advice)

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service using automated means
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, algorithms, and interface elements are owned or licensed by EchoTrader.ai and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content and No Warranty

AI-generated teaching signals, analysis, and framework demonstrations are:

• Automatically generated from algorithms and publicly available data
• Provided for educational and informational purposes only
• Teaching examples showing how institutional analysts apply our methodology
• NOT personalized financial advice or recommendations
• Subject to errors, inaccuracies, and outdated information

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Subscription and Payments

8.1 Subscription Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription (Pro, Elite). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase.

8.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed through Stripe or other payment processors
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

8.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods unless required by law

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• EchoTrader.ai and its affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm the Service or other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, except where prohibited by law.
